Volunteers of America Massachusetts is a trusted community provider, a passionate advocate for individuals, and a partner to other community organizations throughout Massachusetts. We provide vital services to thousands of individuals and their families – and we’ve been doing it for over 100 years.

We invite you to join our mission to serve low-income, homeless, and vulnerable populations throughout the greater Boston area. Our programs focus on helping clients resolve the underlying issues that prevent them from reaching their full potential. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive services to veterans, at-risk youth, adults in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, elders in need of housing and health services, and those in need of mental health treatment.

We are currently filling positions in various locations and programs. Ideal candidates have an energetic, positive outlook and desire to work as part of a team with a challenging client population. We offer a generous benefits package and opportunities for professional and personal growth. Please contact Human Resources at (617) 390-0230 or email info@voamass.org for more information on current job openings at Volunteers of America Massachusetts.

Volunteers of America is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will recruit, hire, train and promote persons in all job classifications without regards to race, creed, color, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, national origin or disability unless as a bona fide occupational requirement. Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities.
