Concord Park, conveniently located in the heart of West Concord Village, offers local seniors gracious accommodations, a full range of assisted living services and many amenities.
Concord Park also features a specialized residential program designed to serve seniors with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Located in a dedicated, secure wing of the Concord Park community, our Memory Support Neighborhood accommodates 19 residents, creating an intimate setting with a strong staff-to-resident ratio and an exceptionally personal level of care.
Residents have their choice of private studio and one-bedroom apartments and enjoy a variety of beautifully furnished community areas. The outdoor areas at Concord Park are extensive. In addition to a large landscaped courtyard and patio, the land behind Concord Park features a picnic area and walking trail that winds along the Assabet River.
