The Family Center for Counseling and Education offers a range of services to help people deal with the multiple challenges that affect their daily lives — from work and relationships, to health and finances. Our goal is to help individuals and families learn to cope with their problems. Norfolk County Reentry Mentor Program is a new initiative to combat the problem of recidivism. Norfolk County Community Corrections Center Norfolk County Community Corrections Center is located in Quincy and works directly with Volunteers of America Massachusetts clinicians.
