Case Manager
We currently have a full time position available as a Case Manager with our Supportive Services for Veteran Families program. You will effectively provide day to day support and services for veterans and their families identified by the program, with a specialization in homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing and transitional supportive services.
Overnight Direct Care Staff
Your major function is to maintain a safe and secure environment; supervise residents in daily activities and routines; and provide counseling and crisis intervention. You will report to the Shift Supervisor.
